The Mossberg 590A1 Tactical is a 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun built to MIL-SPEC 3443G, making it the most rugged pump-action in the Mossberg lineup. This Tactical configuration is set up for hard use in personal protection and sport applications.
At the core of the 590A1 is a 20″ heavy-walled barrel with a 3″ chamber, finished in black Parkerized for corrosion resistance in harsh environments. The barrel is fitted with a fixed cylinder bore choke for wide, fast patterning ideal for defensive work, and the magazine tube accepts 8+1 rounds of 12 Gauge shells.
The black receiver is paired with a Magpul SGA fixed stock with a rubber recoil pad for improved ergonomics and recoil management over standard 590A1 furniture. Up top, XS Ghost Ring sights deliver fast, intuitive target acquisition at defensive ranges, and a metal trigger guard and safety button round out the rugged MIL-SPEC package.
