The Bravo Company KeyMod 3″ Nylon Rail Section is a lightweight, snag-resistant Picatinny accessory mount designed to snap into any KeyMod-compatible handguard. Made to Mil-Standard 1913 Picatinny arsenal specifications, this short section provides 5 slots of usable rail real estate for mounting lights, lasers, switches, or backup iron sights on an AR-platform rifle without the weight of a full-length aluminum rail.
The rail body is molded from lightweight, impact-resistant polymer (nylon) in a matte black finish. Corrosion-resistant stainless steel mounting hardware and a self-contained key design let the section install and lock into a KeyMod slot with no loose parts or additional hardware required. The low-profile, snag-resistant shape tucks close to the handguard to keep accessories protected from brush and rough handling.
At 3 inches long with 5 usable Picatinny slots, this is the shortest of Bravo Company’s three KeyMod nylon rail offerings (also available in 4″ / 7-slot and 5.5″ / 11-slot), making it ideal for short accessory placements such as a pressure switch or a compact backup sight. The polymer construction is a smart choice for applications where keeping overall rifle weight down matters more than maximum rigidity.
