Description
The CMMG Banshee MkG is a compact AR-platform pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Built on CMMG’s MkG platform, it is engineered to feed from Glock-pattern .45 ACP magazines and uses CMMG’s signature Radial Delayed Blowback operating system – a design that softens felt recoil and keeps the bolt and buffer mass light enough for reliable cycling of full-power .45 ACP rounds.
This MkG variant carries an 8″ medium-taper threaded barrel cut with a .578×28 thread pattern, suppressor-ready out of the box. The upper and lower receivers wear a Midnight Bronze Cerakote finish for a distinctive, low-glare look, and controls follow the familiar AR layout. A 13-round Glock-pattern magazine ships with the pistol.
Crowning the build is CMMG’s quick-deploying RIPBRACE, a polymer stabilizing arm brace mounted to a proprietary buffer tube with six length-of-pull positions so the user can dial in a comfortable fit. With a semi-auto action, 8″ threaded barrel, and .45 ACP punch, the MkG Banshee delivers hard-hitting performance in a short, maneuverable AR-pistol package.
