The CobraTec Small Riptide is a compact everyday-carry folding knife built around a 2″ black D2 tool steel blade with black G-10 handle scales. The smaller sibling in the Riptide folder lineup, it keeps a slim, pocket-friendly profile without sacrificing cutting performance.
The blade is ground from D2 tool steel with a black finish for solid edge retention and corrosion resistance, and rides on a liner lock for secure lockup during use. Black G-10 scales provide a textured, lightweight grip, while an extended tang, lanyard hole, and a right-hand pocket clip round out the carry-friendly feature set. At 5.125″ overall with a 3.125″ closed length and a 2.3 oz carry weight, the Small Riptide disappears in the pocket and is well suited for daily cutting tasks.
