The Comstock Armory Compact Muzzle Brake is a compact, suppressor-ready muzzle device engineered for 9mm Luger and similar pistol-caliber carbines. Machined from 17-4 PH stainless steel and finished in a tough Black Nitride coating, it delivers long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance in a short, snag-free package.
This brake uses a standard 1/2×28 thread pattern, the industry-standard pitch for 9mm Luger rifle and pistol-caliber carbine barrels, and is rated for projectiles up to .357 diameter. The Plan-B mounting interface accepts common .900″-24 adapters from Q, Rearden, and the Comstock LPA system, letting you swap suppressors on and off quickly without tools. The rotationally symmetric design effectively tames felt recoil and shields the blast baffle of a mounted suppressor from carbon and debris.
Built for real-world use, the compact profile measures just 1.6″ OAL and incorporates 3/4″ wrench flats for easy installation and removal with a standard crows-foot or socket.
