The CVA Scout TD V3 is a single-shot break-action sporting rifle chambered in 450 Bushmaster, purpose-built for hunters running in straight-walled-cartridge states where the .450 Bushmaster delivers serious terminal performance on whitetail and hogs at hunting ranges. This V3 variant pairs a 22″ barrel with a Bronze Cerakote metal finish and a Realtree Excape synthetic stock, giving you a weather-ready hunting package that disappears into fall and early-winter cover.
Built on CVA’s proven break-open action, the Scout TD V3 swings open on a single latch to expose a clean breech face for fast single-shot follow-ups. The 1:24″ twist rate is optimized for the heavy projectiles common in factory .450 Bushmaster loads, and with no internal magazine to feed, the rifle holds 1 round per loading cycle – keeping the manual of arms simple and the action reliable in cold, dirty, or gloved conditions in the field.
The 22″ barrel and 43.9″ overall length strike a balance between swing and packability for tree-stand and ground-blind hunters alike. The rifle ships with no iron sights, letting the shooter mount a low-power variable, red dot, or scout-style optic directly to the receiver. A factory recoil pad and swivel studs round out the stock, taming .450 Bushmaster felt recoil and giving you a ready attachment point for a hunting sling.
