The Evolution Gun Works HD Weatherby Mark V scope mount is a heavy-duty one-piece Picatinny rail CNC-machined from solid 7075 T6 aircraft grade aluminum and finished in a low-glare matte black. Purpose-built for the Weatherby Mark V with the 9-lug bolt in long action configuration, it provides a rock-solid, recoil-resistant platform for any optic mounted via Picatinny or Weaver scope rings.
Sitting at 0 MOA, this rail is ideal for mounting a scope with its own elevation turret or for use at moderate ranges where a level hold is preferred. The base bolts directly to the factory Mark V action using the original mounting holes, with EGW recommending 20 in/lbs of torque for a secure install.
Measuring 7.064″ long with a center spread of 4.485″ and a height of just 0.35″, the HD Mark V mount keeps the optic close to the bore while adding only 2.5 oz of weight.
