The Fail Zero .450 Bushmaster AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group is a fully assembled, drop-in BCG built specifically for the AR-15 platform chambered in .450 Bushmaster (also .458 SOCOM compatible). Every critical surface – bolt, extractor, cam pin, carrier key, and firing pin – is treated with Fail Zero’s signature EXO Nickel Boron coating for ultra-smooth cycling, exceptional wear resistance, and easy cleaning.
The M16-cut (full-auto profile) carrier is machined from 8620 steel, while the bolt is forged from Carpenter 158 steel – the same mil-spec materials used in duty-grade AR-15/M16/M4 rifles. Each assembly is magnetic particle inspected and live fire tested at the factory before shipping. The No Hammer (NH) configuration ships without a hammer component, ready to pair with your standard AR-15 lower parts kit.
Designed as a direct drop-in for most MIL-SPEC .450 Bushmaster upper receivers, this BCG is an ideal upgrade or replacement for any heavy-duty AR build.
