The Fail Zero AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group is a fully assembled 5.56x45mm NATO BCG built to mil-spec dimensions and ready to drop into most mil-spec AR-15 upper receivers. This semi-auto configuration ships without a hammer, making it a direct fit for standard semi-automatic AR builds.
Every critical operating surface is treated with Fail Zero’s signature EXO nickel-boron-based dry-film coating for a low-friction, easy-clean interface. The exterior of the carrier features a durable black finish, distinguishing this SKU from Fail Zero’s bright nickel-boron offering while delivering the same smooth performance on the critical internal surfaces.
Designed for semi-auto AR-15 rifles, this BCG is not configured for full-auto fire control components. It is dimensionally compatible with mil-spec AR-15, M4, and M16 upper receivers, installs with no additional fitting, and provides a dependable, long-life carrier group for both new builds and replacement upgrades.
