Description
The Geissele Automatics Airborne Charging Handle (ACH) is a precision-machined, ambidextrous charging handle designed for AR-15, M4, and M16-pattern rifles chambered in 5.56. Originally developed for aerial insertion operations, it features a low-profile lever geometry that keeps the latches tucked closer to the upper receiver, reducing snag hazards during dynamic movement.
Each ACH is 3D machined from a solid block of aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum, then finished in Geissele’s signature Desert Dirt Color (DDC). The ambidextrous design allows seamless charging from either side of the weapon, and at roughly 2.5 oz it adds minimal weight to the build. As a direct replacement for any mil-spec charging handle, the ACH drops into any standard AR-15/M4/M16 upper receiver without modification.
