Description
The Great Lakes Firearms GLFA AR-15 Pistol is a compact, semi-automatic AR-platform pistol chambered in .223 Wylde, a hybrid chamber that safely fires both .223 Remington and 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition. This configuration is built around a 7.5″ heavy barrel with a 1:8 twist rate and is finished in Tungsten for corrosion resistance and a distinctive gray appearance.
The GLFA pistol is built on 7075-T6 aluminum billet upper and lower receivers with M4 feed ramps, paired with a .750″ gas block for reliable cycling. A free-float M-LOK handguard is topped with a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting accessories, and the barrel is threaded for a muzzle device or suppressor. The upper is optic-ready to accept the shooter’s preferred sighting solution.
Outfitted with an adjustable pistol stabilizing brace for improved one- and two-handed control, this pistol ships with one 30-round magazine and uses Mil-Spec components throughout the fire control group. Proudly manufactured in the USA by Great Lakes Firearms & Ammunition.
