The Guntec USA AR-15 Roll Pin Starter Punch Set is a 4-piece hollow-end starter punch kit designed for driving the spring-loaded roll pins found throughout an AR-15 lower and upper without mushrooming, marring, or shearing them. Each punch is formed from heat-treated steel with a matte black finish, and the hollow nose seats over the head of the pin so force is transferred straight into the receiver.
The set covers the common AR-15 roll pin sizes with four punches in 1/16″, 3/32″, 1/8″, and 5/32″, the standard sizes needed to start the roll pins encountered during a complete AR-15 build. The hollow design keeps the punch centered on the pin and lets you press it home with a small hammer instead of a bench setup.
