The Guntec USA AR-15 Steel Multi Port Compensator Gen 2 is an all-steel, matte black muzzle device built to control 5.56/.223 recoil and muzzle rise on AR-pattern rifles. Designed around a precision multi-port layout, this Gen 2 compensator threads directly onto any standard AR-15 barrel at 1/2×28 to deliver faster, flatter follow-up shots during rapid fire.
The unit measures 2.5″ long and tips the scales at 4.7 oz. 3 side porting slots vent propellant gas laterally while 2 top porting holes direct gas upward, working together to counteract muzzle climb and reduce felt recoil. A crush washer is included so you can properly time and pre-load the device against your barrel shoulder during installation.
