Description
The Kaw Valley Precision Blast Shield is a precision-machined muzzle accessory designed to redirect blast and concussion away from the shooter. Built for any ASR-style Quick-Detach muzzle device, it serves as a practical companion on short-barreled rifles and pistol-caliber builds running a SilencerCo-pattern ASR mount, letting the shooter keep the muzzle device installed while adding an extra layer of blast management.
Each shield is cut from 17-4 stainless steel and finished with a corrosion-resistant Black Nitride QPQ coating for long service life under heavy firing schedules. The shield measures 2.95 inches overall with a 1.35-inch outer diameter, and wrench flats are machined into the body for simple installation by hand or with a standard wrench.
Compatible with any ASR-pattern QD muzzle device, the Blast Shield is a low-profile, fully reversible add-on for pistol-caliber carbines, SBRs, and any host platform where blast management is a priority.
