Description
The Kaw Valley Precision Flash Hider for ASR is a precision-engineered muzzle device machined from 17-4 stainless steel and finished with a corrosion-resistant black nitride QPQ treatment. Purpose-built for use with SilencerCo ASR (Active Spring Retention) mounting systems, it threads on without the need for shim timing and also functions as a stand-alone flash suppressor when a suppressor is not in use.
Measuring 2.05 inches overall with a generous .500 bore rated for any caliber, this flash hider is suitable for a wide range of chamberings. The 5/8×24 thread pitch fits common rifle barrel muzzles, and the durable 17-4 stainless construction keeps installed weight to a modest 3.0 ounces.
When paired with an ASR-compatible suppressor, the KVP flash hider serves as a direct mounting interface within the SilencerCo ASR quick-detach ecosystem, allowing the suppressor to lock up directly to the muzzle device. The result is a single accessory that bridges unsuppressed flash control and quick-detach suppressor use without the need for additional adapters.
