The Kaw Valley Precision Gen 2 Suppressor Piston is a drop-in booster piston designed to keep spring-assist (Nielsen-style) pistol-caliber suppressors cycling smoothly on semi-automatic hosts. Machined from stainless steel and treated with a low-friction, wear-resistant Black Nitride coating, the Gen 2 design is built to handle repeated mount/unmount cycles and the heat of sustained fire.
This piston is threaded 1/2×36 to mate with the suppressor bodies and hub mounts that accept KVP’s booster geometry. It functions as a replacement or spare piston for compatible suppressor platforms – keep a fresh unit on hand for routine service, piston swaps between hosts, or as a backup so a worn booster never takes your can out of the rotation.
