The Kaw Valley Precision Magnum Linear Comp is a 3.25″ linear compensator engineered to fill the gap left by the smaller XL Linear Comp family. Machined from carbon steel and finished in QPQ Black Nitride, the Magnum is a larger form factor compensator designed to reduce muzzle concussion and perceived noise for a softer shooting experience during rapid strings of fire.
This model is threaded 1/2×28 and is intended for 5.56 NATO / .223 Remington chambered rifles. The compensator collects and redirects propellant gases downrange rather than venting them to the sides, which lowers felt concussion for the shooter and helps maintain a steady sight picture.
Installation is straightforward with no crush washer required – simply torque to 15 ft lbs. The Magnum Linear Comp is a practical, compact upgrade for any rifle cartridge application needing an effective muzzle device.
