Description
The KNS Precision Gen 2 Non-Rotating Trigger and Hammer Pin Kit in .154″ diameter is a drop-in lower parts upgrade for AR-15 and M16 pattern rifles. The pins are machined from stainless steel and paired with Dark Earth-coated anti-creep sideplates, engineered to stop the pin walk and pin rotation that factory trigger and hammer pins can develop under sustained semi-auto fire, hard use, or with a suppressor installed.
KNS Precision hardens each pin specifically for the higher impact loads of 9mm, .223 Remington, 5.56 NATO, and 7.62mm AR-platform builds. The anti-creep retainers capture each pin so it cannot rotate or shift under recoil, protecting the receiver walls from wear and delivering a more consistent trigger feel across thousands of rounds.
No permanent modification to the lower receiver is required – the Gen 2 kit is fully reversible and installs with basic hand tools. Each set ships with:
