Description
The Lee X-Press Shellholder 12 is a steel shell holder built for the Lee APP Reloading Press and the Lee Deluxe APP. Sized to a specific case head diameter, the 12 shell holder fits 22 PPC, 6 PPC, 7.62×39, and similar bottleneck rifle cases and is the factory-specified X-Press shell holder for those cartridges.
The X-Press shell holder system lets the reloader swap shell holders by caliber quickly without resetting the press, so caliber changes are fast during a reloading session. This 12 is the correct holder for 22 PPC, 6 PPC, 7.62x39mm, and any other case sharing the same head dimensions. Lee notes that where the shellholder chart lists two possible numbers for a caliber, the first number is generally the better fit.
This shell holder is for use only with the Lee APP and Lee Deluxe APP presses. It is not designed for other Lee press models, which use the standard Lee shell holder system. Lee Precision part number 91545.
