These professional grade fillet knives are crafted from German 4116 stainless steel for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The ergonomically shaped TPE handles provide an extremely comfortable, non-slip grip. Each knife includes a polypropylene sheath with swivel clip belt attachment.
