The Ravin R29X is a high-speed hunting crossbow finished in King’s XK7 Camo and built around Ravin’s proprietary Helicoil Technology. This unique cable layout pushes 400 grain arrows at a blistering 450 FPS from an ultra-compact 29-inch frame.
The helical-cable design routes the cables through the cams and stores them in grooves machined into the riser, eliminating rail friction and reducing cam and limb stress. The system supports a narrow 6-inch cocked axle-to-axle width while still delivering a long 12.5-inch power stroke, producing an impressive 180 ft-lbs of kinetic energy downrange with each shot.
An integrated Silent Cocking System safely holds the bow at any point during the draw and lets the shooter cock the crossbow in total silence with only 12 lbs of draw force. Quad limbs provide balanced energy transfer, and at just 6.75 lbs, the R29X is one of the most compact high-velocity crossbows on the market, ideal for hunters packing into tree stands, ground blinds, or tight brush.
