Description
The Savage RXR22 is a lightweight semi-automatic rimfire rifle chambered in .22 LR and built around a rugged polymer receiver with an integral Picatinny optics rail. Designed for plinking, hunting, and target shooting, the RXR22 uses a reliable blowback action to deliver smooth, consistent cycling with affordable rimfire ammunition.
At the heart of the rifle is a 16.5″ precision button-rifled barrel with a threaded muzzle ready for a suppressor or compensator. A rugged polymer chassis is finished with a Flat Dark Earth synthetic stock and an M-LOK compatible forend, providing plenty of real estate for lights, lasers, bipods, and other accessories. The 1-piece top rail accepts any red dot, scope, or other optic the shooter prefers.
The RXR22 ships with a 10-round detachable magazine in the widely available 10/22-pattern, giving shooters access to a massive aftermarket of compatible magazines. Metal components wear a classic blued finish for a clean two-tone look against the FDE stock, making the RXR22 a versatile, modern rimfire rifle from Savage Arms.
