Description
The Sig Sauer Zulu6 HDX is a high-performance image-stabilized binocular built for hunters, shooters, and outdoor observers who want rock-steady views without packing a tripod into the field. Electronic Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) counters hand tremor and body movement on the fly, delivering up to 50% more stability than the original Zulu6 across two selectable stabilization modes so the user can dial in the right amount of steadiness for the situation.
At 12x magnification through a 42mm objective, the Zulu6 HDX pulls in fine detail at long range for spotting game, reading distant terrain, or surveying a shooting scene. Optical performance is anchored by a Schmidt-Pechan roof prism paired with upgraded HDX glass lenses finished with multi-coating and anti-glare treatment for bright, high-contrast images edge to edge.
The housing is wrapped in Flat Dark Earth rubber armor that gives a confident, slip-resistant grip in cold or wet weather and shrugs off the bumps of active hunts. The optic is tripod-ready for long observation sessions and tips the scales at just 21.5 oz, making it comfortable to carry and hold for extended glassing.
Power comes from a single AA battery for up to 30 hours of stabilization runtime, and a 10-minute auto shutoff protects battery life when the binocular is set down between viewing sessions. New for the HDX, the metal battery cap delivers a more robust, sealed feel in the field.
