The Talley Picatinny Base for the Howa Mini Action is a precision optics-mounting platform cut to MIL-STD-1913 cross-slot dimensions. It provides a rigid, repeatable mounting surface for any standard Picatinny-compatible ring or clamp, giving you a clean installation point for your preferred scope, red dot, or other tactical optic on a Howa Mini action rifle.
Talley builds this base in the USA from lightweight 7000-series aluminum alloy, fully CNC machined for a precise fit on the Howa Mini action. The base is then hard-coat anodized to 65 Rockwell hardness, producing a durable matte black finish that resists corrosion and wear in the field while keeping overall weight to a minimum. All installation hardware is included for a straightforward bolt-on installation.
This base ships with a 0 MOA built-in elevation, providing a neutral mounting geometry that works cleanly with the most common hunting and general-purpose reticles.
