The Talley Picatinny Base provides a rock-solid MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail mounting platform engineered specifically for the Mossberg Patriot rifle in long action configuration. It gives hunters and shooters a repeatable, dependable mounting surface for any optic that uses standard Picatinny rings or mounts.
Precision machined from high-grade 7000 series alloy for an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, the base is finished in a durable matte Black coating that resists glare and stands up to field use. Approximate dimensions are 0.85 in tall, 3.60 in wide, and 6.79 in long, with a total weight of just 2.3 oz – rugged enough for hard use yet light enough to leave on the rifle permanently.
