The Taurus GX2 is a compact, striker-fired, semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger that delivers modern ergonomics at an entry-level price point. Built around a lightweight cyan polymer frame paired with a matte stainless steel slide, the GX2 is designed for everyday carry and personal defense duty.
The GX2 features a 3.38″ stainless steel barrel and an overall length of 6.19″, giving it a compact footprint that prints minimally and handles naturally. Its 13+1 round capacity provides ample firepower in a compact package, and the pistol ships with two 13-round magazines for immediate range time and rotation.
The recoil-operated, striker-fired action provides a consistent trigger pull for fast follow-up shots. The slide wears a matte stainless finish with cocking serrations for positive manipulation, and the frame incorporates an integrated Picatinny accessory rail for mounting a light or laser. Fixed sights sit forward and aft for a simple, snag-free sight picture suited to defensive use.
