Description
The TriStar Protege X is a sub-compact, hammer-fired pistol chambered in 9mm Luger and built around an aluminum frame finished in Silver Cerakote. Drawing on classic 1911 ergonomics in a carry-friendly size, it pairs a 3.2″ barrel with a 6.2″ overall length and a single-stack 7+1 capacity, making it a practical choice for concealed carry and personal defense.
Operation is single-action semi-automatic, with an exposed hammer, a crisp trigger, and a manual thumb safety in the traditional 1911 position. Fixed 3-dot sights are installed for quick target acquisition, and the pistol ships with one 7-round single-stack magazine. Unloaded weight with empty magazine is 18.9 oz.
Sized for everyday carry while retaining the familiar grip angle and controls of the 1911 platform, the Protege X keeps weight manageable thanks to its sub-compact dimensions and aluminum frame construction, with the corrosion resistance of a Silver Cerakote finish.
