The Warne X-SKEL Gen 2 30mm MSR Scope Mount is a lightweight one-piece mounting platform purpose-built for modern sporting rifles running LPVOs (low-power variable optics). Machined from 6061 T6 aluminum with a skeletonized body, the XSKEL30TW trims weight while maintaining a rigid clamp around the optic tube, and pairs the lightweight alloy with steel threaded inserts and steel cross-bolt hardware for reliable, repeatable torque.
This Gen 2 X-SKEL delivers 2 inches of forward cantilever, positioning the optic forward of the front ring so you can run an LPVO with proper eye relief on an MSR-length rail. The 1-piece side clamp design locks the optic to the rings with uniform clamping pressure, while the integrated Picatinny cross-slot interface clamps securely to your rifle’s rail. The body is finished in black anodize for a low-glare, weather-resistant surface that pairs cleanly with most factory and aftermarket MSRs.
Sized for 30mm main tubes and accommodating objective lenses up to 56mm, the X-SKEL Gen 2 is the ideal pairing for today’s low-power variable scopes. It comes in at just 6.7 oz mounted and sits at an ideal 1.44″ mount height for a standard-height cheek weld across the AR-15 and MSR platform.
