Description
The Winchester XPR SR Suppressor Ready is a modern bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 223 Remington and built from the ground up for use with a sound suppressor. It pairs a 20″ sporter-contour barrel with factory 1/2×28 suppressor-ready threading and a 1:8 twist rate that stabilizes a wide range of bullet weights, from light varmint loads to heavier hunting projectiles.
The steel receiver is finished in black Perma-Cote and is drilled and tapped for scope mounting, while the barreled action sits in a matte black synthetic stock built for hard use in the field. The rifle measures 40″ overall and tips the scales at approximately 6 lbs 12 oz. Controls include the crisp M.O.A. Trigger System and a two-position safety, and a 5-round detachable magazine ships with the rifle.
