Description
The Winchester SXP Hybrid Hunter is a purpose-built 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun designed for waterfowl and other hunting applications where concealment matters. Chambered for shells up to 3.5″, the Hybrid Hunter accepts 2-3/4″, 3″, and 3-1/2″ shotshells for maximum versatility in the field.
This Hybrid Hunter variant features a 28″ vent-rib barrel with a chrome-plated chamber and bore for added corrosion resistance and easier cleaning. The action uses dual action bars and a strong rotary bolt for reliable cycling, with a total capacity of 4 + 1 rounds (4 in the magazine tube plus one in the chamber). The barrel is threaded for Invector-Plus choke tubes, and this package ships with three choke tubes: Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder.
The metalwork wears a non-reflective Flat Dark Earth (FDE) finish that pairs with the durable composite stock finished in Mossy Oak Shadow Grass Habitat camouflage, designed to blend into marsh, field-edge, and flooded-timber environments. A TRUGLO fiber-optic front sight provides a fast, intuitive aiming point in low light, and the composite stock keeps weight down while standing up to rough weather and heavy use.
Other details include an overall length of 49″, a length of pull of 13.75″, a drop at comb of 1.63″, and a weight of approximately 7 lbs. Configured for right-handed shooters, the SXP Hybrid Hunter ships from the factory ready for the marsh, complete with three Invector-Plus choke tubes.
