The XS Sight Systems Ghost Ring WS sight set is purpose-built for Henry .45-70 lever-action rifles equipped with the XS Lever Rail (HN-6000R-N, sold separately). This pairing gives hunters a much wider field of view and faster sight acquisition than the factory buckhorn sights that ship on Henry’s Big Boy carbines and round-barrel .45-70 rifles, making it ideal for hunting brushy terrain or moving game.
The rear sight is a precision CNC-machined steel ghost ring, fully adjustable for windage and elevation, and ships with two interchangeable apertures. A large .230″ ID ring allows fast target acquisition in low light or heavy cover, while a finer .191″ ID aperture gives more precise hold for longer shots. The included front sight is XS’s signature White Stripe post, which provides a bright, high-contrast aiming reference against virtually any background.
Designed for straightforward do-it-yourself installation, the Ghost Ring WS set clamps onto the Henry receiver and mounts directly to the XS Lever Rail without any gunsmithing. The rugged all-steel construction is built to handle the recoil of the .45-70 Government cartridge round after round, giving Henry lever-gun owners a true hunting sight upgrade right out of the box.
